Most people setting up a review aren't experts in how to ask. The system had to guide them.


Templates, question libraries, scales, and visibility settings — so HR teams could choose the format, get the questions right, and set it up without second-guessing every step. The goal was a useful result, not just a filled-out form.

/ Reading it

The hard part of feedback isn't collecting it — it's understanding what to do with it.


Results had to surface patterns: where teams were struggling, who was disengaged, what was trending up or down. Different views for different readers — a manager looking at their team, an HR lead looking across the company.
